Owner: Winslow Solutions, LLC: Provide individual case management services for persons with catastrophic illness or injuries. Primary focus - adult / elder case management. Provide life care planning and cost projection services for litigation (plaintiff and defense) and reserve purposes (insurance industry). Provide management support services for private rehabilitation sector.

>Product Manager; Catastrophic Case Solutions: Corvel Corporation 2005 – 2008. Responsibilities included development and delivery of life care plans for plaintiff and defense. Developed and delivered associated products, including cost projections on catastrophic injuries, evaluations and cost projections on complex older claims, nursing expert testimony , expert witness locator services, Medicare set aside allocations and submissions, risk assessments.

District Manager: CorVel Corporation, April 1, 1999 – 2005. Operations manager for Corvel’s Maryland/DE District Office. Oversaw management and sales of all product lines for Maryland office, including: medical case management and associated services, vocational rehabilitation, medical bill review, and provider network development & maintenance. Responsible for customer sales and service implementation, plus quality assurance. Accountable for budgeting/financial goals. Developed and taught training program for certification of RNs as Workers Compensation Case Managers (WCCM) in Maryland. Developed life care plans & medical cost projections on catastrophic cases. Branch Manager - Medical: CorVel Corporation, May 1, 1997 – March 1999. Serviced and sold to accounts. General business management duties. Hired and trained new consultants. Initiated and directed new product development, and outcomes measurements.

Director of Medical Services: Rintelmann and Associates, Inc., December 1988 – May 1997. Supervised, marketed, and directed medical case management department of regional case management firm. Managed worker’s compensation, group health, liability, and long-term disability cases. Compiled and supervised life care plans. Provided supervision and training on catastrophic injury cases (TBI, SCI, amputations, etc). Provided expert testimony for workers compensation cases, and life care plans. Provided in-service training in basic anatomy, mechanics of injury and abnormal conditions for insurance claims adjusters.

>Emergency Room Staff Nurse- Registry: Greater Baltimore Medical Center, 1986 – 1992. Provided acute emergency nursing care for community hospital.

Charge Nurse/Staff Nurse Coronary Care Unit: Greater Baltimore Medical Center, 1981 – 1986. Administered bedside nursing care to cardiac and other patients requiring intensive care. Also worked as charge nurse, overseeing shift on duty; delineating and supervising patient assignments.
