I understand that I am remitting a one-time, non-refundable, application fee of $500 to Winslow Research and Development Institute LLC for the purpose of evaluating my suitability as a Winslow Consultant. This fee includes one profile password so I may take the assessment, and also includes a confidential debriefing from a Winslow representative. I also understand that WRDI consultants are independent contractors. WRDI does not guarantee my income or professional success in this enterprise. Additionally, submitting this application and payment does not guarantee that I will become a Consultant with Winslow Research and Development Institute LLC. Should I be accepted, I understand this entire application fee will be applied toward my Consultant license fee.*
