The Leadership Snapshot™ is a powerful examination of the culture and personality structure of the management/executive team within your organization.

During our 3-phase, comprehensive and exacting process, we:

  • Identify the leaders to be included in the Snapshot
  • Administer the Corporate Culture Survey
  • Invite each participant to take the Winslow Assessment
  • Provide a 45-page Report to each participant
  • Request a Debriefing worksheet from each individual
  • Assign a Winslow Coach to conduct a one-hour Profile Debrief for each person
  • Provide a 15-page Manager’s Report to the executives for each participant in the program
  • Create a group analytics profile of the assessment data
  • Conduct an in-depth Executive Briefing with the senior leadership team

Phase 1: Assessment and Debrief

Each participant will:

  • Take the Winslow Profile and read the 45-page Winslow Participant’s Report
  • Complete a Winslow Debriefing worksheet where each participant will identify the three traits that are most contributing to their personal and professional success and three traits that may be restraining them
  • Receive a one-hour profile debriefing from a highly trained Performance Coach

Phase 2: The Culture Survey

We request that your leaders reply to a short, anonymous survey in order to discover their private insights about your company culture. The survey addresses 10 categories, such as Strategic Planning, Ethics, Communication, Decision Making, and Morale.

After sorting, analyzing and aggregating the culture survey and individual profile findings, The Winslow Solutions team draws relevant conclusions and creates valuable consulting recommendations. 

Phase 3: The Executive Briefing

We conduct a two-hour Executive Briefing to review our findings, identify opportunities for systemic reform. We offer practical, businesslike solutions for the client’s executives to consider.
