Phase 1: The Foundations Training Series
Course #1
Winslow Assessment Basics
This workshop describes the 24 personality traits measured by the Winslow Profile, also describing the likely behaviors associated with each of them. We also describe the unique Winslow Position Analysis and the way to extract maximum value from the various Reports we produce.
Course #2
The Confident Hiring Solution
This workshop describes the five-step process which filters out unsuitable job candidates and choosing the person with the highest probability of success. This process saves time for hiring managers and greatly increases the likelihood of making a successful hiring decision.
Course #3
The Confident Coaching Process
This workshop introduces Performance Coaches and Human Resource Specialists to a unique style of coaching. We demonstrate how to integrate the results of a participant’s Winslow Assessment into a redemptive, practical, solution-oriented conversation.
Certification Courses
Phase 2: Mentoring Process
During the certification process, you will be mentored by a Winslow Consultant. The Emphasis will differ somewhat for each type of certification.
In this phase, you will:
Be observed while offering client services
Take online quizzes
Take an oral exam
Pass a final, written exam
Demonstrate a nuanced understanding of the traits
Phase 3: Application Training
In this phase, you will be observed twice while coaching your clients. This may occur in real time, or by having your mentor review a recording of you.
Also, know that you will need to renew your certification for a fee after three years to demonstrate your continued competency with Winslow Solutions’ processes. You will also receive updates in technology improvements.
