Winslow Traits Analysis

We provide a comprehensive overview of an individual's unique personality. We measure 24 personality traits on a scale of 1-10 to predict an individual's likely behavior.

Winslow Position Overlay

We identify the (un)desirable behaviors associated with a variety of jobs. Our unique position overlay compares the individual's personality to the requirements of the job.

Winslow Position Analysis

When used for career-related purposes, we provide a single "bottom-line" number, called the "Participants Net Score", which indicates an individual's suitability for a particular position.

Accuracy

Accuracy ensures that the participant paid attention to the wording of the assessment questions, and was undistracted during the process.

Objectivity

Objectivity ensures that the participant provided objective and unbiased answers. Put simply, we detect if participants are presenting a favorable image of themselves.

If participants provide inaccurate or positively biased responses, we recycle the Winslow password and invite them to retake the assessment at no additional charge. Far from being seen as a nuisance, we invite you to look at this process as an example of our integrity.

The Leadership Snapshot™ is a powerful examination of the culture and personality structure of the management/executive team within your organization.

During our comprehensive and exacting process, we:

  • Identify the leaders to be included in the Snapshot
  • Administer the Corporate Culture Survey
  • Invite each participant to take the Winslow Assessment
  • Provide a 45-page Report to each participant
  • Offer a Debriefing worksheet to better understand each individual’s personal goals
  • Assign a Winslow Coach to conduct a one-hour Profile Debrief for each person
  • Provide a 15-page Manager’s Report for each participant in the program

The Winslow Solutions team then conducts an analysis of the culture survey and individual profile findings, drawing valuable conclusions after sorting and aggregating the data.

Finally, we conduct a two-hour Executive Briefing to review our findings, identify systemic problems in the organization, and offer practical, businesslike solutions.

We offer three levels of Winslow licensing options depending on your professional aspirations. A Winslow License allows you to engage your clients using our full complement of profiles, training, coaching, and certification services. As an independent contractor you’ll be authorized to offer our body of work to your clients through your own business enterprise.

    • Our Winslow University expertly trains consultants and clients in the use of the profiles
    • Consultants earn commissions for enrolling new licensees
    • Certain licensed consultants enjoy membership in our Confident Coaching Network, leading to profitable professional engagements

Become a Winslow Authorized Coach

Alternatively, certain management consultants choose to become a Winslow Authorized Coach. This path avoids the financial commitment and full training requirements associated with the typical Winslow licensing process. Authorized Coaches receive training (and potential certification), allowing them to begin coaching clients using our profiling technology.

Become an Influencer

Certain management consultants enjoy wide influence through their business practice, publications, and speech-making.  We offer a method to capitalize on this influence through a revenue sharing system. 

Refer Clients to Us

You may not be comfortable with a revenue sharing engagement, however, you may recognize the value of offering the Winslow profile/services to your clientele. Rest assured, your clients will be treated in a professional, ethical, and confidential manner.

Our Five-Step Winslow Consultant Application Process

  1. Fill out and submit the application (see below) with your resume and cover letter
  2. Remit a $495 application fee
  3. Take the Winslow Assessment
  4. Read your 45-page Winslow Report
  5. Receive a debrief of your Winslow results by a Winslow Solutions Specialist who will also assess the merits of your candidacy

The Confident Hiring Solution™

We typically invite candidates to submit four separate documents or links: the resume, the job application, the cover letter, and their social media profiles.

During The Knockout Interview, we invite the remaining candidates to submit video recorded replies to four specific questions. We then invite the remaining candidates to a live, virtual conversation with one of your interviewers. This conversation also follows a formulaic approach.

One of the unspoken goals of the Knockout Interview is to detect if candidates can simply follow and comply with your directions. Not only will you receive replies to the four questions, but a secondary, valuable aspect of this process is that it flushes out contrary attitudes in certain recruits.

The remaining candidates take a comprehensive assessment. We compare their results to the behavioral requirements of the job.

By now you’ve eliminated several unsuitable candidates, and you’ve barely spent any time eliminating them. Our process has not only saved you a tremendous amount of time, but has prevented a lot of aggravation as well.

The fourth phase of The Confident Hiring Solution is The Imprinting Interview. During this phase, we show you how to imprint your organizational culture onto the candidate you are about to select. Our University course is designed to educate you on this unique interviewing process.

When you’re ready to make an offer to the best available candidate, we recommend that you provide transition coaching as well. Your organization already has a culture and a variety of unspoken expectations. Please consider appointing someone to conduct Step 5, The Positive Transition. This assures you that the new employee acknowledges any vulnerabilities and also expresses willingness to adopt your way of doing business.
