Isn’t behavior primarily driven by socio-economic factors?

Recent evidence suggests that while our social/cultural/family environment certainly influences our behavior, personality is more driven by genetic factors than by environmental ones. Someone certainly might temporarily behave in a way that is contrary to their inherent personality.
