•  Listen to the appropriate audio message: “Development” or “Applicant.”
• Before taking this assessment, find a quiet, private location without distractions.
• Be aware that the Profile has control questions that will detect any invalid answers.
• If your answers are not accurate and objective, you will be offered a chance to retake the Profile.
