How do I change the name on an activated Profile?

Please note that a name cannot be altered once the Profile has begun or has been declared invalid. However, if the profile meets these conditions, please follow the following instructions to change the name:

  • Login to your private client website
  • Click on “Profiles in Progress”
  • Click on the password of the assessment whose name you want to change
  • On the activation screen, type the name of the new individual who will be taking the assessment, then click continue at the bottom
  • On the verification screen, click again to re-activate the password
