The report hasn't had much of an impact on me at all. I still have a job to do and know what is required of me. There were parts of the report that I did not totally agree with.

I learn quickly and can normally work problems out for myself rather than involve other sections of management.

I can adapt easily to being interrupted by those around me who need assistance with issues or problems.

I can easily rearrange my work schedule to assist others to meet their deadlines and commitments.

I tend to find it easier to do most things myself so that I do not have to explain errors or issues caused by others.

Might be because I am only 4 - 5 years off retirement I no longer want the hassles or responsibilities that come with being a team leader.

Again I don't need the added problems associated with leadership getting into arguements and disagreements.

I enjoy the work that I do, I am happy to help those around me who welcome, deserve and appreciate my assistance and I am not looking to advance my career due to me only having 4 - 5 years of working life left.
