It has provided further insight into character traits which I could focus on improving in the workplace. It has confirmed my current situation as understood by other members of the leadership team which provides some surity that I am a good fit for my current position.

My desire to see other people succeed or improve. I feel an obligation to help others when I believe I can assist them with coaching or feedback to improve in their role.

I am self aware and have situational awareness. I am always looking for signs from others during interactions and groups situations. This helps me identify and make decisions based on others reactions and personalities.

I build repour quickly with new people and convey a relaxed, approachable nature which makes others feel comfortable to ask questions and open up in discussions

I am stubborn and not easily convinced immediately and require a full understanding of the situation or problem rather than taking anothers advice or opinion over my own until I have full understanding.

I like structure and consistency.

I wish to have a focus on areas of my personality which will allow me to become a better leader in an environment where others have decades long experience in the industry.
