Describe the impact the Winslow Participant’s Report has had on you so far.

The Winslow Participant's Report has given me more insight on who I am inside and has made me realize things about myself that I might not necessarily have considered to be characteristics I have

TRAITS THAT INFLUENCE MY MOST PRODUCTIVE BEHAVIORS
(3) Winslow traits contibuting to thier success.Select up to three (3) Winslow traits in your Participant's Report that are contributing the most to your personal and/or professional success.
Trait #1Sociability
My Score9
Why?

I feel like my sociability is my most attributed trait about me because it is evident in all aspects of my life (personal, career, extracurricular, etc). It also has been the most consistent thing about me for most of my life. Ever since I was a little kid, I have always been super outgoing and friendly to everyone.

Trait #2Responsibility
My Score7
Why?

I feel like my level of responsibility also says a lot about myself. I pride myself on being able to take ownership of my actions and to be able to admit when I'm wrong. My parents have instilled that in me from a young age. On the analysis sheet it says "this sense of responsibility could cause you to become your strongest critic", and that is true for me. I am overly critical of myself at times and its something I am trying to work on.

TRAITS THAT ARE PREVENTING MY PRODUCTIVE BEHAVIORS
(3) Winslow traits restraining them from achieving success.Select up to three (3) Winslow traits in your Participant's Report that seem to be restraining you the most from achieving personal or professional success.
Trait #1Assertiveness
My Score2
Why?

In some situations I consider myself very assertive, such as a work environment or in a place where I have more ownership of a project. Other than that, I am not very assertive at all in situations with friends or family and when I took this test I looked at "assertiveness" through the dynamic of family and friends. I tend to not get so worked up on the "plans" and I tend to think "if we do this it will make them happy", even if I might have to compromise my happiness.

Trait #2Control
My Score3
Why?

I think "Control" in general is something that has varied in my life during different stages. For instance, in college I really did not like how I felt like I did not have control over my time to do more so "self care" type of activities. And there are things in my life that I need to control but other things I feel are not necessary. This is something I would love to unpack more.

Profile Review Goals

My goals are to go through each of the traits that I score low on because I feel like in some cases in my life these low scores apply but in other areas they do not. I would love to have a pretty thorough discussion on these traits.
