Some areas appear to be accurate and useful and others appear to contradict how I function at work.

I am always paying attention to what is going on around me. I tend to learn new things very quickly.

I tend to be quite flexible when it comes to new ideas, schedule, helping other locations and training my staff in different ways to accommodate their learning style.

I tend to think outside the box often and like to find new ways to improves processes if possible. I believe in work smarter not harder when the option is there.

I am a fairly unorganized person outside of work, however i tend to keep order at work because if I don't I would never get anything done.

I actually disagree with this particular assessment as I am always looking out for my team and work very well with upper management.

I also disagree with this one because I have worked very hard with goals in mind for many years and have moved up the ranks in every company that I have worked for with good-excellent reviews..

I would like to better understand how the assessment works in order to gain more insight from it.
