Profile Review Goals

Working on strategies to increase sociability to improve relationships and effectiveness as a manager and client advocate.

Looking at ways to increase assertiveness with the end of making sure shared goals are fleshed out and are accurately realized.

I plan to discuss autonomy with my manager to make sure I am reaching my potential. The goal is to make efficient and effective decisions, avoiding procrastination or being a burden on my managers.
