Why? | I do not need to compete with or be seen as "better" than another to feel good about what I am doing, which allows me to partner well with others (which only makes for better and more effective results in what we are creating/pursuing). |

Why? | When I feel like responsibility rests solely on me, I can easily get overwhelmed, discouraged, or stuck. (But I have learned that I take great encouragement in partnership with others and it is effective in climbing out of that hole.) |
