This trait has allowed me to push through challenging situations in my career and in education.

This trait allows me to stay calm during stressful situations and complete the task at hand instead of letting emotions run high and sabotage the end goal.

Although I am a very reserved person, in my role as a manager, I am able to step outside of my comfort zone. I may not feel comfortable in a large social environment at work, but I still get the job done.

Obviously, a low score in leadership does not bode well for a role in management. I think this score is correct; however, I have always been able to step outside of my comfort zone and lead my team. I just do it more humbly.

I would like to become more comfortable in large social settings, both personal and professional. One trait I would like to delve into is ambition. I believe my score is indicative of where I am in my career, not that I don't have ambition. I am a few years from retirement and although I welcome challenges in my career, I am not striving to attain a higher career path.
