Able to develop and lead processes in my department. I find structure and attention to detail lead to success in our business

Dealing with all the employees different personalities can become frustrating so my ability to control my emotions seems to help in stressful situations.

In the past 3 years I have been trying very hard to be more open to change and new ideas in my work and personal life. I think before that I was not.

It holds me back from making bold moves that may not work out. I think things over probably to long before making a decision.
I feel current management above me likes bold moves.

I am a very social person when I am comfortable with the crowd. I wish I could get past the fact I do not know people very well or worried about what they think sooner.

Would like to be more comfortable speaking in front of a audience (public speaking) . Also even in smaller groups that I am not very close with the participants.
Maybe just a little bit more of a desire to be the center of attention would help me.

Position myself for career advancement and to fit the current culture of our organization.
