Describe the impact the Winslow Participant’s Report has had on you so far.

It has been very intriguing and thought-provoking to read through my Winslow report and assess where I've seen my scores on certain traits play out in my life. While some of the scores I wholeheartedly agree with and think accurately represent me and my personality at most points in my life, I also have questions or doubts on other scores or parts of the assessment where I feel like I may act that way only in certain situations or not at all. I'm interested to complete my Personality Debrief to gain a better understanding of my scores in certain areas and how they can affect me in my personal life and career.

Select up to three (3) Winslow traits in your Participant's Report that are contributing the most to your personal and/or professional success.Pending
Trait #1Nurturance
My Score7
Why?

My career is primarily based around assessing and caring for the needs of those around me and being able to act accordingly based on what those people may need in a given moment. Therefore, I feel as if my high level of nurturance helps me greatly in being able to do my job effectively. Additionally, I feel as if this benefits me in my personal life and relationships with others as I have a high degree of wanting to care for those who are potentially going through a hard time and/or supporting the people in my life in any way I can.

Trait #2Composure
My Score7
Why?

I feel as if my ability to keep a high level of composure even in stressful situations greatly benefits me in being able to go throughout potential obstacles in my job and/or personal life, as I am often not easily rattled and anxious to approach most situations and can think logically and rationally about the best solutions to potential problems.

Trait #3Sociability
My Score7
Why?

I feel as if my ability to easily interact with and form relationships with others helps me greatly in my personal life and my ability to maintain relationships and maintain continued communication and interactions with people throughout my life. I feel as if it helps me in my career because I am always willing to collaborate and work alongside others in orders to achieve a common goal and learn from others in order to better myself as well.

TRAITS THAT ARE PREVENTING MY PRODUCTIVE BEHAVIORS
Select up to three (3) Winslow traits in your Participant's Report that seem to be restraining you the most from achieving personal or professional success.Pending
Trait #1Creativity
My Score1
Why?

I am often a more logical thinker and it does not come naturally to me to consider how to come up with completely new ideas or improve upon old ones. While I do think that my logical thinking can be a positive thing in some aspects of my life, my lack of an ability to think outside of the box I think can prevent me in improving the strategies in which I teach in my career and try new things that could benefit my overall progress as well as the experiences and learning environment for my students.

Trait #2Ambition
My Score2
Why?

I am not a naturally competitive person, and while I do not think that causes me to not desire to have success or do well in my job or personal life, I do think that have certain goals in mind could help me in accomplishing greater success than I would naturally accomplish without the challenge of a goal to reach. I think this also contributes to my reluctance to take risks in my career or personal life, which could benefit me if I were more willing to take that chance.

Trait #3Self-confidence
My Score2
Why?

After reading more about my score in this trait, I think that there is some truth to the fact that I am often only confident in activities, parts of my personal life, or aspects of my career that I know for a fact I can do well in. I am often hesitant and likely lack the self-confidence to try new things if I know I likely have the potential to fail at them at first, but I think that this truth holds me back from potentially experiencing new things and improving in areas of my life as a result.

Describe your goals for the Profile Review and/or upcoming coaching experience. For example, you may describe personal relationships that you want to improve, behavioral changes you want to make, or discovering how to position yourself for career advancement.

I am looking forward to the Profile Review and understanding what my scores on some of traits mean for my life or what goals would be best moving forward if I feel as if some of my scores are only accurate in certain areas or my life or conflict with statements made in other trait scores. I hope that this benefits me in being able to persevere in trying new things in my personal life and activities outside of my career. I also hope that I learn strategies in which I can improve myself in my career as a teacher in order to benefit my own productivity and career success as well as the success of my students.
