I have read my report several times, including with others, and gained greater clarity on my strengths and weaknesses.

I firmly believe that maintaining composure has enabled me to make effective decisions in my career. When I worked on the service drive at Nissan, I often found myself in stressful situations involving customers and our organization. During these times, my goal was to retain loyal customers while also upholding the organization's integrity.

Ambition to me is a crucial part of personal fulfillment which is more than just a career. By continuously striving to improve and achieve, I gain a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction, which enhances my overall well-being.

I have always believed in the power of a coach, whether that's a "life" coach, a spiritual coach (like a pastor), or a career coach (like Sean Kelley). I have always found value in the wisdom of others who have more success and experience than myself. Even in the short time I've been at Dodge, I have reached out to sources with different perspectives and thought patterns that I believe can help me succeed.

I understand the importance of creativity as the driving force behind innovation. Whether you are developing new products, improving processes, or finding more efficient ways to work, creativity leads to breakthroughs that can distinguish you and your organization from the competition.

With an improved structure comes greater efficiency. With clear processes and organized workflows, you can manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks, and reduce the likelihood of errors or missed deadlines.

The key for sociability is effective communication. Being sociable enhances your ability to communicate clearly and persuasively. Whether you're presenting ideas, giving feedback, or negotiating, strong social skills help you convey your message effectively and understand others.
