Describe the impact the Winslow Participant’s Report has had on you so far.

Very intrigued by this! Most of it tracks, but some of it does not so I am interested in discussing.

Select up to three (3) Winslow traits in your Participant's Report that are contributing the most to your personal and/or professional success.Pending
Trait #1Alertness
My Score9
Why?

I am a quick learner and can pick up most skills relatively easily. I also desire to learn new things and am open about what I do not know.

Trait #2Nurturance
My Score10
Why?

I see the value in others and strive to help them reach their potential, which makes most working situations smoother and also seems to give others the inclination to trust me and help me when I need help.

Trait #3Structure
My Score8
Why?

I tend to apply structure and organization to tasks I need to complete, which makes it easier for me to complete them.

TRAITS THAT ARE PREVENTING MY PRODUCTIVE BEHAVIORS
Select up to three (3) Winslow traits in your Participant's Report that seem to be restraining you the most from achieving personal or professional success.Pending
Trait #1Contentment
My Score4
Why?

I don't really know what it is I personally want out of life, in the past prioritising the needs of others over mine. This made me VERY not content in my previous career of owning an aerial studio, which I did in order to have a flexibile schedule for children.

Trait #2Self-confidence
My Score4
Why?

I don't always think I can do the thing, though more recently, I have been able to re-write some brain messaging and process some childhood trauma in that regard. This is one of the reasons I wanted to take this profile is because I know I am not always confident in my own self-assessment and have in the past dealt with imposter syndrome.

Trait #3Boldness
My Score2
Why?

I am not a risk taker. I opened a business on the basis of someone who had just left a hole in the field that I could easily fill and from a place of financial stability. I would rather be safe than sorry especially when it comes to the safety of others under my charge. This also means though, that I am unlikely to make a risky investment even if it would potentially pay off really well.

Describe your goals for the Profile Review and/or upcoming coaching experience. For example, you may describe personal relationships that you want to improve, behavioral changes you want to make, or discovering how to position yourself for career advancement.

Interested in learning more about myself and what careers might suit me, since I haven't had a chance to actually focus on what I want and what will be good for me specifically in a very long time. Interested in exploring why I got some of the results I got that seem contradictory to what I understand of myself (e.g. low conscientiousness does not make sense given the other traits, my past behaviour, and personal values... could be my recent desire to hold better boundaries coming through? I don't know)
