Well it was back in April when i did it, at the time it made me think about my traits, but honestly it went a bit cold on me, when I didn't hear anymore

I really try to take ownership on what i do and this showed that i need to do even more, so a few less short cuts has been on my mind

Why?

While I don't strive to be a branch manager, I do most things that the branch manager does and can do so competently, so I may need to display that a bit more.
I do have ambitions of being part of a new branch in the near future, however I waited a long time for the position I am doing now and I feel that I am doing a great job at that.

I was not happy with this result, as I always go out of my way for the company and the staffs needs. I think I was read wrong here

I really don't think I have been nurtured, quite the opposite, if I want to learn something and there is no one here to teach me, I learn it myself.
I have left Langs to pursue more training (Builders License etc) knowing that I could come back and understand our customer needs better and be better at what I do.

I love this company and the people who are here, whatever I need to do, I will. As for career advancement, the position I have now is the one I have always strived to have. What I can do in my position for the company, will help us to continue to grow and be the market leader that I spent over a decade as a sales rep here helping us to this point. I understand this industry.
