I would like to think that I listen and respect other people's opinions, both at work and in life in general... I'm probably a little too lenient on staff/family & friends,
as I attempt to get the best outcome when it comes to conflict or less than good behavior...

I tend to take in most of my surroundings as a trait from a young child... I've always had a huge tendency to protect my own and to look out for others...

Why?

I believe there are situations in everyone's life they wish they could change or manage better! I'm usually quite content in my role as a line manager... There are definitely times when this contentment is challenged, & there's constantly things in my personal life that I would like to do better and make adjustments too...

I'm the 1st to admit that I'm not a huge fan of change, however, I do realize that change is inevitable in both my work and personal life... I need to learn to go with the flow more often, and take a few more risks...

As for my ambitious traits, I can't say I totally agree with this statement! I would however agree that at my age in life, I'm not looking for promotions or other positions within the company, just to fulfill my commitment to work and family life until I reach retirement age...

I guess after taking and reading the Winslow report, there are quite a few things that I can look at and endeavor to improve... I'll look forward to any suggestions...
