Describe the impact the Winslow Participant’s Report has had on you so far.

I have learned a lot from this experience and gained new insights. I have enjoyed discovering how the traits relate to my current career stage. It makes me feel confident that I am on the right path and that I have more room to grow in my career and in my relationships.

Why?

Quitting is not an option for me, even when others give up. I have a unique advantage of being able to push myself beyond my limits, while others settle for less. My work ethic is something I value and cherish, as it is a legacy from my ancestors who were also hard workers.

Why?

Leadership is a natural trait for me, since my childhood. I have always been recognized and rewarded for my sportsmanship and team spirit. I have also taken the initiative to guide and direct others in various situations, both at work and in the community. I enjoy being in charge when there is uncertainty or confusion. This leadership trait has helped me to advance as a professional and will likely help me to achieve more in my career.

I struggle with trusting others. This is a challenge for me that I have not been able to overcome. I know the root cause of my trust issues, but I still worry that people have hidden agendas. I am working on this, as it affects my ability to form deep and meaningful relationships outside of my small circle of trust.

Sometimes I act on impulse and make careless mistakes. I regret it every time it happens. I like to be cautious and mindful in how I live and work, but sometimes I lose that control.

My career growth and my trust in others are two areas that I want to improve. I think coaching could be beneficial for me, as I need some additional skills to deal with my trust issues. Understanding the origin of the problem is not enough. I think a different perspective on this deep-rooted mindset could be helpful and valuable.
