Obviously time consuming when running a department as big as mine.

I learn rather quickly and adapt to new environments and react well to unexpected situations.

My willingness to accept change or to try new and different experiences. I'm content with the way things are and in other aspects there is an attraction to try new things or participating in different activities.

My actual emotional reaction and behavior will depend upon the particular circumstances and individuals involved.

I rarely speak out at group meetings unless I'm familiar with people and the knowledge of the material. I don't want to come across dumb or stupid.

I hesitate to speak out and are reluctant to share my thoughts and opinions with others. It is discomfort of the known and less threatening of the unknown.

I find myself feeling inadequate and unsure of my capabilities. I question myself about my knowledge and skills. I also refrain from participating in situations that could be rewarding to me.

I would like to be more confident in my ability to progress in career advancement.
