Proper planning of projects and tasks increases the likely-hood of it being successfully completed, achieving the desired outcome.

An effective manager is able to prioritise the numerous tasks in front of them, tackling many issues at once and juggle multiple projects. This trait is integral to managing my daily workload.

I believe strongly that keeping ones head, while those around you lose theirs, serves well.

I feel that success in manufacturing businesses is largely about analysis of past experience and maintaining structure/ order. I somewhat agree that this may prevent me from taking what I view as risk.

The report indicates a low trait score. I do feel that as a manager, I could be more assertive with my employees and when promoting my divisions position/ value.

Although, while the report shows a low score here, I largely disagree with the this trait score. I have a large amount of ambition, in particular when it comes to my career progression.

I am open to all coaching opportunities if it furthers my goal of advancing within the company and makes me a more well rounded manager/ individual. I do have some hesitation based on some of the results presented.
