Positive as you can see where you need to work on your own areas

I enjoy leading a team and getting the best out of them

as above, enjoy the challenge of bring a team together and getting the desired outcome as a team

Structure is most important for both the above points to be achieved. If the team doesn't have a solid structure to work towards, the team falls apart as does the outcomes.

I still look at situations where if things are successful, why change?
this is an area I can work on to look outside the structure as there may be better alternatives

I like to be under the radar and get the job done. I will put my team in lights before myself to give them the lift and Motorvation required to succeed

Sometimes i take the high road for the better outcome of the team. This may not always be the right option, but most times it is the best long-term option.

I have always been the team player, which I do not want to change. I do however need to look at areas where I take a chance and look outside of the structure that is in place and successful but may be better options.
