TRAITS THAT ARE PREVENTING MY PRODUCTIVE BEHAVIORS
Select up to three (3) Winslow traits in your Participant's Report that seem to be restraining you the most from achieving personal or professional success.Pending
Trait #1Trust
My Score2
Why?

Being a sceptic by nature, I tend to unfairly discount or seek to validate everything told to me. On one hand this has allowed me to be more scrutinous in my processes. On the other hand, I tend to second-guess praise and criticism, sometimes believing the opposite of what is told to me. Level of respect for the individual telling me anything plays a large role in my digestion of information and coachability.

Trait #2Self-confidence
My Score3
Why?

I frequently second-guess my actions. Although I believe I come across to people as a confident individual, my mind tends to wander negatively after many interactions; sometimes even making illusionary problems that may not have been an issue with the other person at all. Generally thinking too into my actions.

Trait #3Nurturance
My Score4
Why?

I frequently feel like I lack empathy for others. Many of my actions are driven by facts and processes rather than my emotions and I expect other to do the same. When someone tells me something negative about their personal life or a flaw at work, I feel like I act like I relate to them and put on a face rather than really caring.

Describe your goals for the Profile Review and/or upcoming coaching experience. For example, you may describe personal relationships that you want to improve, behavioral changes you want to make, or discovering how to position yourself for career advancement.

Through our coaching session I hope to identify the sources of the above unproductive traits and make an action plan for how to improve in these areas, while maintaining my strengths in areas in which I excel. Going through this personal review in my report, I feel that my weaknesses somewhat play into my strengths, so finding an ideal balance is my objective and will advance my career.
