Why? | Being a sceptic by nature, I tend to unfairly discount or seek to validate everything told to me. On one hand this has allowed me to be more scrutinous in my processes. On the other hand, I tend to second-guess praise and criticism, sometimes believing the opposite of what is told to me. Level of respect for the individual telling me anything plays a large role in my digestion of information and coachability. |

Although I believe I come across to people as a confident individual, my mind tends to wander negatively after many interactions; sometimes even making illusionary problems that may not have been an issue with the other person at all. Generally thinking too into my actions. |

Why? | I frequently feel like I lack empathy for others. Many of my actions are driven by facts and processes rather than my emotions and I expect other to do the same. When someone tells me something negative about their personal life or a flaw at work, I feel like I act like I relate to them and put on a face rather than really caring. |

Going through this personal review in my report, I feel that my weaknesses somewhat play into my strengths, so finding an ideal balance is my objective and will advance my career. |
