Describe the impact the Winslow Participant’s Report has had on you so far. | I am so grateful to have had this opportunity. I am constantly making an effort to better myself. Although as stated sometimes it may be slightly difficult to receive criticism, I am always striving to remain teachable. With the report, I am looking at my behaviors slightly differently than before. I am looking forward to learning new techniques to manage in areas that I may struggle in. |

Why? | Most of my job is coming up with solutions to multiple problems. Allowing my creativity to offer solutions that may be "Outside the box" gives me a greater chance of finding a solution that sticks. I am constantly looking for ways to reach the same goal with a variety of ways to get there. |

Why? | I am relentless if nothing else. Often times when I want to give up, my ability to push through will take over. I think that helps me in multiple different situations when giving up is not an option. |

Why? | I am surprise that I scored so low on trust. I always had the idea that I was a trusting person but after reading the description I understand. I believe my constant struggle to set boundaries and question motives has caused my low score. There are many times I struggle with certain personalities that can be bullying, demeaning, and disrespectful. I question if its due to me being female or small. I believe it has caused some mistrust in my behavior. I am grateful to have recognized that this is something I can work on. |

Why? | I try to be as honest with my failures as my successes. Scoring a 5 lets me know I can work on accountability. Although I often admit when I make a mistake, at times I am defensive when I feel I am to blame. I try to not play the "blame game" and help with solutions rather than point the finger out at the problem. When I feel like I am pointed out for the blame, I am often reactive. I see where this can cause restrain in my career. |

Why? | This is one self-control trait that I immediately recognized in myself. I am extremely emotional. I have tried to adopt techniques to help with my emotions. 1. Dont take things personal, Do not assume, Be impeccable with my word and Do my best. These four tools help me with my emotion at times. I am looking forward to learning more techniques along the way. |
