Describe the impact the Winslow Participant’s Report has had on you so far. | Some parts are tough to read. I have thought about it a lot. At first I was very discouraged. Then I concluded after a talk w my bride that some is true. I tried to be very honest. Maybe too much. And other traits I have either grown in thru the yrs overseas and in min or the Spirit helps our weak areas and covers and grows us. I do want to grow from this but also I don’t think navel gazing is a biblical place to get stuck or is glorifying to Jesus. Basically I need Him Not Joel. |

Why? | I grouped this one w trust (8) and I called it lead people. I have a desire to influence and lead others to the truth and I normally trust others easily. Gods people are like sheep who need to be loved and led to truth and I want to be a good leader who makes a difference in the lives of others for His glory and for the kingdom to grow and go. |

Why? | I struggle to create new systems or ways of accomplishing tasks for myself or others I can create in teaching but not in how to do tasks. |

Why? | This is a tough one. I think that I may not feel very responsible to structured or organizations I need to grow in this. Although I do feel very responsible to people like my wife we’ve been married for 28 yrs and to our 5 children I feel great trap to them even as adults. |
