Describe the impact the Winslow Participant’s Report has had on you so far.

Reading my Winslow Report really allowed me to reflect on myself and how I appear to others. With that reflection, my low scores sadly make sense. They also explain why I don't feel strongly about fixing them. Changing myself to be a better person and live a fruitful life would be nice but I don't have explosive drive.

Trait #1Tough-minded
My Score5
Why?

Being tough-minded, depending on the situation, allows my interactions with people or problems to be dealt with properly. If I were more of a soft-minded person, things of importance wouldn't get done as I'm too in my head. On the other side of the spectrum, being extremely tough-minded, my relationships might fall to ruin as people might perceive me as stone cold. I feel I'm at the perfect range with this trait.

Trait #2Control
My Score9
Why?

Being in control of myself, with thinking before I act, allows me to avoid making any situation I'm in worse.

Trait #3Alertness
My Score7
Why?

Being able to grasp new ideas, concepts, and material helps me a lot in school. The trait allows me to get excellent grades. I do find I am impatient with others when they're slow to comprehend something, but I keep my thoughts to myself.

TRAITS THAT ARE PREVENTING MY PRODUCTIVE BEHAVIORS
Trait #1Assertiveness
My Score1
Why?

Lacking assertiveness prevents me from a lot of things. For example, making new friends, going for a new job, getting out of a bad relationship, and so on. This can definitely affect my mental health and cause me to self-hate.

Trait #2Nurturance
My Score2
Why?

I lack nurture because of what the Winslow report said, but I also think it's because I'm more of a logical thinker and not super in touch with my emotions. This primarily affects my friendships as it appears like I don't care about them, when I do. I find I don't know how to approach comforting them as I don't feel sad often, or when I am sad, I don't reach out to people.

Trait #3Composure
My Score2
Why?

Being unable to keep my negative emotions (primarily sadness and sass) in check in certain situations can be detrimental. It could cause me to lose a friend or a job.

Describe your goals for the Profile Review and/or upcoming coaching experience. For example, you may describe personal relationships that you want to improve, behavioral changes you want to make, or discovering how to position yourself for career advancement.

One goal of mine is learning how to get over my fear of being assertive. I'm scared about interacting with people, even though I know it would be helpful. This goal also includes just learning how to interact with people more confidently.
Another goal would leaning how to better hide my negative emotions for when they're unnecessary or unproductive in a situation.
