Having been in the business so long, it takes a while to be able to trust salespeople to actually do the things they say they're doing because most salespeople will tell you what you want to hear instead of just saying "I haven't done this or that"

Just looking to grow overall as a leader and be open minded to change that could be great for everyone. I've always had a very successful career in this field but sometimes get stuck doing things the same way.
