Why? | I believe deeply in being a strong and understanding leader for my employees to follow. Being willing to help whenever needed and showing the right example has helped gain their respect. Everyone responds differently, and understanding what the individuals need is necessary to get the cooperation. |

Why? | I don't think any of these things restrain me from achieving success. Low trust may at times play a roll but I believe it can protect me and my department at times and helps me make informed decisions as well. |

Why? | It stated that I don't seek out recognition for my accomplishments, but I don't see that as a negative. I will do my job to the best of my ability weather it is being recognized or not. Or I should say, I don't need praise. I do want to know that it is recognized, but those are two different things to me. |

Why? | I don't think the score and description on this defined me but it did make me more aware of creating ideas instead of looking for structured ways we have always done things. |
