Describe the impact the Winslow Participant’s Report has had on you so far.

Initially this assessment caused me anxiety. I started taking it thinking I had time to complete it during my work schedule, during the assessment I had several business matters that interrupted my progress, I received biased results the 1st time and was slightly discouraged the 2nd time taking it. After completing it and reviewing my results I didn't 100% agree with the results but was more aware of the traits I should improve on and what could be holding me back.

Why?

I feel as though this conflicts with conscientious behavior, however I may tend to feel less structured than most because of the importance I put on certain task.

Honestly this came as a total shock because I believe one of my most valuable abilities is to be able to turn my emotions off like a switch and still provide excellent service. I do sometimes allow my stress to distract me when I have down time and may overthink situations I should not give much thought to.

My discontent in my role in this company has varied over time. I love my job , however my place here seemed to be undervalued until recently.

I would like to gain a positive course of action to adjust the areas i am not soaring in. I believe some of the results are true but some I believe may have been due to the timing and place in which I completed this assessment.
