Reading it has shown that it does capture my current state of mind or has been for some time. A somethings it indicates are a bit of surprise such as not taking responsibility, not being coachable , not wanting to socialable - it seems my current situation for some time has forced me to have to resist to just survive.

Some the clients assigned to me have complex financial lives and are quite demanding. I feel I am having to work on things to try to simplify the work. With colleagues I ve noticed most don’t seem to have so much to deal with. At least they have more guidance initially from manager in early part of career. I ve just had to figure out a lot without direction

The report has me questioning whether or not I exhibit the behaviors that it described vs. the behaviors that I believe are true. I also wonder how others view my behaviors and how that fits with the assessment.

I feel that I am very systematic, planful, and well organized at work. I manage the Parts Dept and feel that my information is extremely accurate, detailed, and complete, as evidenced by my recent inventory check. I usually prefer perfection and I'm always looking for information that does not align and I believe that attention to detail makes me successful in this position. I believe in arriving early and not breaking plans. However, I wear many hats and need to be able to put one project down when there is a fire that I need to put out. All of this is important in my position.

Reading my Winslow Report really allowed me to reflect on myself and how I appear to others. With that reflection, my low scores sadly make sense. They also explain why I don't feel strongly about fixing them. Changing myself to be a better person and live a fruitful life would be nice but I don't have explosive drive.

Being tough-minded, depending on the situation, allows my interactions with people or problems to be dealt with properly. If I were more of a soft-minded person, things of importance wouldn't get done as I'm too in my head. On the other side of the spectrum, being extremely tough-minded, my relationships might fall to ruin as people might perceive me as stone cold. I feel I'm at the perfect range with this trait.

Exhibition:
I have no problem in applying myself when need be. I've been a manager in Parts, Service, Warranty and Body Shop well over 50 years. I am the type of person that likes to listen and observe before I react to any situation.

It helped me realize my strengths/weaknesses. I found it amazingly accurate to describe my personality and character, in general.

Some areas appear to be accurate and useful and others appear to contradict how I function at work.

I am always paying attention to what is going on around me. I tend to learn new things very quickly.

It has been valuable to consider different personality traits, how those traits interact with one another and how my personality traits affect my work and social life. It's motivating and helpful to give credibility to my positive attributes while drawing attention to opportunities for improvement.

The ability to be devoted, honest and act in the best interest of my co-workers, customers and company are an asset and allow me to maintain a wide perspective for the greater good.

Little to none. It was like many personality or questionnaire tests that I have taken in the past. I have yet to read through my results yet. I would say that I am cautiously hopeful.

Pointed out areas of oppertunity for growth , I wanted to take it to point out where i needed improvement

Initially this assessment caused me anxiety. I started taking it thinking I had time to complete it during my work schedule, during the assessment I had several business matters that interrupted my progress, I received biased results the 1st time and was slightly discouraged the 2nd time taking it. After completing it and reviewing my results I didn't 100% agree with the results but was more aware of the traits I should improve on and what could be holding me back.

I feel as though I show compassion towards the staff in all their employment and personal needs .
