It has helped me to realize that I can always change my traits, as well as some areas that I should address.

Being a leader is a legacy for me to continue as well as something that I enjoy as well.

The Winslow participant’s report has had a minor impact on me so far. This is because many of the results were correct and some of them were incorrect.

Being coachable will contribute to the achievement of my goals because there will always be someone that has more wisdom. My future coaches/mentors can teach me life lessons that I’ll be able to understand.

I feel I use alertness everyday with inbound sales calls, lot ups, and being ready for random objections.

Having taken similar programs the results were as expected but it is always good to revisit. While most of the feedback is spot-on I do feel like one or two are not fully accurate.

Anything worth doing is worth doing well is my mantra. I find myself always taking the high road and often put the team and the company first.

I have learned a lot from this experience and gained new insights. I have enjoyed discovering how the traits relate to my current career stage. It makes me feel confident that I am on the right path and that I have more room to grow in my career and in my relationships.

Quitting is not an option for me, even when others give up. I have a unique advantage of being able to push myself beyond my limits, while others settle for less. My work ethic is something I value and cherish, as it is a legacy from my ancestors who were also hard workers.

I feel like my sociability is my most attributed trait about me because it is evident in all aspects of my life (personal, career, extracurricular, etc). It also has been the most consistent thing about me for most of my life. Ever since I was a little kid, I have always been super outgoing and friendly to everyone.

It has helped me by characterizing separate character traits that I did not think of being separate before. Kind of thought it was more of a package deal sort of thing.

The desire for recognition drives me to do well at whatever I am doing, weather it is a hobby or a construction project.

I believe this to be true, and have always considered myself ambitious. This started back when I was an athlete playing at the little league level up to when I was playing professional baseball. I have always had the desire to succeed, and that intrinsic feeling is like no other when you do.

I am so grateful to have had this opportunity. I am constantly making an effort to better myself. Although as stated sometimes it may be slightly difficult to receive criticism, I am always striving to remain teachable. With the report, I am looking at my behaviors slightly differently than before. I am looking forward to learning new techniques to manage in areas that I may struggle in.

Most of my job is coming up with solutions to multiple problems. Allowing my creativity to offer solutions that may be "Outside the box" gives me a greater chance of finding a solution that sticks. I am constantly looking for ways to reach the same goal with a variety of ways to get there.
